ABOUT THIS SITE
This Site provides information about JOi Café, our menu, hours, and location, and links to place pickup, delivery, and catering orders and to purchase gift cards and merchandise. Menu items, ingredients, and pricing may change at any time; please see us in person for our current daily offerings.
ONLINE ORDERING, CATERING, AND GIFT CARDS
Pickup, delivery, and shop orders are processed through Square, a third-party payment and ordering platform, at joicafe.square.site and squareup.com/store/joicafe. Those transactions are subject to Square’s own terms and privacy policy in addition to these Terms. Catering orders require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice by email to catering@joicafe.com; large rush orders are not always possible. Gift cards sold through our Site do not expire and are not subject to dormancy or inactivity fees, consistent with California law.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The text, photos, logos, and other content on this Site are owned by JOi Café or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS
This Site links to third-party services we do not control, including Square, Google Maps, and Instagram. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third-party sites.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
This Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that menu, pricing, or availability information is always current.
